Alexandra Gladyshevskaya

Alexandra Gladyshevskaya, the CEO and co-founder of SPOKK Insurance, an insurance startup on a mission to protect digital natives from the risks they have in their lives, and a former Deputy to the General Manager of the Ukrainian office of American International Group, one of the world’s biggest insurance companies. Prompted by the war in Ukraine, Alexandra decided to relocate to the USA, which proved to be a pivotal moment for the growth of her startup. Founded in Ukraine, SPOKK Insurance successfully launched in the US in 2022 and has already established a strong presence in about half of the U.S. states. In this column, Alexandra will share the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs when starting a new life in a new country while developing their own companies.
